Who the controller is
Ritter Partners, Emanuel Ritter's company, is the controller of the data sent through the forms on ritter.partners, including the mentorship form.
The personal site emanuelritter.com.br has its own privacy notice.
What this site collects
Only what you type in the forms: name, email, role and company (optional), the message (optional) and the subject you chose.
The site also records the page and language the form was sent from, and the time taken to fill it in, used only to block automated submissions.
What it is used for
To reply to you: book a discovery conversation for the mentorship, discuss a consulting mandate, Agro Carreiras or whatever you raise.
There is no mailing list, automated sequence or newsletter.
Where it is stored and for how long
Submissions go to a spreadsheet in a Google account, through Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, which act as storage processors, and trigger an email alert to Ritter Partners.
Data is kept for up to 12 months, or for the term of the contract and legal obligations if you become a client.
It is not sold or shared with third parties for other purposes.
Cookies, tracking and fonts
- The site uses no tracking cookies or ad pixels, and does not measure your visit with analytics tools.
- Your browser stores two items locally: your theme preference (light or dark) and a marker that prevents sending the form twice in a row. They never leave your device.
- Fonts are served by the site itself, with no calls to external services.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of the data you sent, and withdraw your consent at any time.
Send your request through the contact form, choosing “Something else”.
Replies come Monday to Thursday.
